Objective of the Program Residential Constitutional MPA 2079 is the Model Provincial Assembly organized by YFD in association with Kathmandu School of Law in the residential Venue of KSL, on the auspicious occasion of the Constitution Day, 2079. It was a two-night, three days event where law students from Kathmandu School of Law, Nepal Law Campus, Prithvi Narayan Campus, Kathmandu University School of Law and Chakrabarti Habi Education, participated. The main aim of the event was to celebrate the constitution day by ensuring that law students have a practical understanding of the drafting process and principles of legislative drafting, which was a fundamental part introduced by the Constitution.Before the event, there was a workshop of two days, which was conducted to ensure that the participants were equipped with theoretical as well as practical knowledge required to fulfill their roles in the main event.The trainers of the workshop were Narayan Dhakal, Under Secretary of Parliament Secretariat Kamal Raj Gautam, Under Secretary of Law Ministry and Nabin Gadtaula, Section Officer of  Law Ministry.
