YFD envisions growing as a think tank empowering young minds by facilitating intellectual and proactive mediums and channelizing their acquired skills to support the local community and the nation.

Our Mission

“Engaging Youths in understanding Federalism.”

 

Our Objectives

  • To acquaint school, high school, and bachelor level students about the proceedings of the federal, provincial, and local level legislative process like the legislature, election, local body roles, and their responsibilities through workshops, seminars, and roleplaying.
  • To provide opportunities for youth to address the needs and concerns of the community.
  • To identify and encourage the role of youths in decision-making.
  • To create a network of experts, civil society working in the field of federalism, democracy, administrative matters, and the rule of law amongst youths.
  • To develop professional and leadership skills.
  • Provide a platform for public discourse among elected representatives and youth.
  • Engage youth in social service through different projects.

Statement of Non-Discrimination

Youth in Federal Discourse does not discriminate on the basis of sex, caste, color, sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression, religion, marital status, origin, disability, or veteran status. Although YFD strictly incorporates this policy, it is not limited to recruiting, membership, organization activities, or opportunities to hold roles.
